About

Laura Ballantyne - Owner

With a degree in Travel and Tourism and over 10 years of experience working in chain and boutique hotels, I’ve seen firsthand how accessibility can transform customer experiences. I also hold a degree in Interior Design, which allows me to integrate Universal Design principles into practical solutions for businesses across industries.

Over 17 years ago, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, which led to my use of a wheelchair and service dog. This personal journey has given me a unique perspective on accessibility—not just as a consultant, but as someone who experiences its challenges and opportunities daily.

As a certified RHFAC Professional, I specialize in helping the hospitality and tourism industries, understand the connection between accessibility, customer experience, and corporate social responsibility.

My goal is to empower organizations to embrace inclusivity—not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it drives meaningful, sustainable business growth.
